"This is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When tomorrow comes this day will be gone forever; in its place is something you have left behind. . . Let it be something good."

More old stuff

Do you know, this is so great!  Because I have not quilled for such a long time nor even looked at my pictures of what I did, I keep finding things in the attic that I have not seen for 4 years.  I must admit I have impressed myself with the amount of stuff I made and the fact that, considering it has been boxed up and moved around it is still in great condition.

Don't ever think that quilling is a faffy delicate thing, its pretty darn strong.

I was pleased to find this card, I always liked it, it reminds me of a garden gate sign.  The scrolls at each side remind me of wrought iron and combined with the trails of flowers falling below it  and above it, makes me think of a cottage garden.
