Fortunately I was about 100yds from home so the hobble back was not too long.
Two very nice people stopped their cars and picked me up and helped me across the road and collected Millie who was being a hoodlum - Rufus was very good and sat next to me on the ground. No Ruf it's not a new game...
Tell you what, I had really forgotten just how painful it was to fall down when I was a child, my left knee is agonisingly, stingingly painful and now it is getting very stiff. My right ankle is doing a marvellous impression of a tennis ball, and boo hoo it hurts!
So, thought I might show you these, my little sticheries of Lupin Lamb, this one is the Spring one, there is a Summer one, a halloween one and of course a Christmas one, and I am going to make a quilt with them. If anyone likes them that much, then patterns will be available. Oh forget the oval shape of this one, it ended up square.

Next two will be here in a few days.
I need to get on with some punching, as the lady who owns our local patchwork shop has asked me if I would like to teach a class on it. Will let you know what happens with that.
I would just like to say, that I do love the comments that you leave, its so nice to have lovely friends, who although we have never met, here in Bloglandia we are friends, and hopefully one day I would love to meet you.
Right the frozen peas need to go back in the freezer for while, nothing worse than soggy peas wrapped round your ankle...

Sorry to hear about your mishap. Hope things will start to improve soon. The lambs are looking very cute and sympathetic though.
